ExoPush: you lead, it executes
In collaboration with the company RB3D, Fort Construction Limited developed the ExoPush with the aim of relieving rake shooters. It has undergone several transformations since its first release in 2014. Its latest version is currently within the Fort Malta Group for employee handling.
Relieving rake shooters in their arduous tasks is the objective of the ExoPush. For more than 80 years, their profession has changed little or not at all. We therefore decided to launch this exoskeleton with the aim of improving the working conditions of our employees and throughout their professional careers.
The employees who have been able to use it are unanimous, they are relieved and are delighted to be able to work with this tool.
The ExoPush allows you to work in an ergonomic position and considerably reduce the force provided by the employee. The effort felt by the person using it is thus reduced by five and their health is preserved. This tool helps reduce musculoskeletal disorders in rake shooters.
The fruit of collaborative work
The ExoPush is the result of a collaboration between workers, Fort Construction Malta experts and robotics engineers from the company Rb3D.
